Green Birdie Non-Profit Project Winner Announcement

First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who took the time to nominate their favorite non-profit organization for a free video up to 2 1/2 minutes in length. The worthy nominees included:

* Anderson House
* The Community Diversity Council of Hunterdon County
* Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Hunterdon, Somerset & Warren Counties
* The "Project Earth" Project of the Catholic Community of St. John Neumann
* The Mama Mare Foundation
* The Joseph Lapinski Foundation
* Steininger Behavioral Health Care

With so many great candidates to choose from, picking the winner of our first Green Birdie Non-Profit Project was a tough choice! So tough, in fact, that we plan to revisit the list in future and offer more free videos!

For now, Green Birdie Productions has chosen Anderson House, a halfway house dedicated to providing quality treatment for women as they, to quote the organization, "develop the necessary goals and life skills to return to the community as responsible, sober and productive individuals." Anderson House is based in Whitehouse Station, NJ. Their dedicated staff attend to 14-women at a time who live in their halfway house under supervision, helping them learn how to control unhealthy, self destructive behavior like alcoholism and drug abuse. Anderson House has an amazing success rate of 78-84%! For more information about this worthy organization, please click here.

The Anderson House video is now in pre-production. Once the video is completed, we will post it on our website, Http://GreenBirdieVideo.com, along with other non-profits we've donated videos for including; America's Grow-A-Row and The Center for Educational Advancement.

Thanks again to everyone who participated in our first, but definitely not last, Green Birdie Non-Profit Project!
